Tag Team Mashup: Exotic Express

So I am now starting my second installment of my Tag Team Mashups blog. Last time I brought to you a WWE/NXT/NXT Alumni mashup called the A-Listers with The Miz, Tyler Breeze and Bo Dallas for a new Stable. Now just one added Tag Team won’t a Tag Division make so we still need a few more and I am more than willing to look at the WWE Roster and start pairing up people who probably need to be in Tag Teams or would make perhaps better Tag Teams than they do singles competitors. So without further ado let me introduce you to my newest Tag Team Mashup which consists of a NXT Alumni and a still somewhat newer WWE Superstar!

Tag Team Name: The Exotic Express
Members: Adam Rose and Fandango

As a fan of both NXT and the main roster of the WWE I have to admit that I have been quite saddened by the direction that they have been taking Adam Rose as of late. Adam Rose was a breath of fresh air in the otherwise Heel-centric universe that the WWE has seemed to become in the past few years. With his fun loving attitude and his huge following of Rose Buds who think it’s “Party Time All the Time” we had an awesome fun character bringing life back to the WWE where most people have become just two dimensional caricatures of themselves. Adam Rose was fun, Adam Rose was bright, Adam Rose had a ton of Rosebuds who followed him to the ring always dancing and singing and just having a great time. Until the bunny got too much attention and now a cloud has been cast over the Exotic Express and the Rosebuds are now partying in a land of fear, dancing on a bed of egg shells hoping they don’t go the way of the bunny. But it doesn’t have to be this way! For some reason the WWE lately seems to have a problem with anything that would bring joy to the WWE Universe, they wish to bring misery and despair so that when the heroes win then everyone can rejoice. But lately there aren’t as many heroes and they don’t come out on top as often as we would like. However I think Adam Rose can be saved before he goes the way of his NXT alter ego Leo Kruger and once more goes completely heel on us. I think the party can still touch his soul, I think the dancing can once again come to him and the light can shine once more on the Exotic Express! But who could ever bring such a light back to Adam Rose?

Perhaps that light for Adam Rose could be Fandango? Both of these men have proven to be very well rounded individuals in the ring and very talented. Though his attitude has kept Fandango as a heel for most of his time in the WWE since breaking into the big times by beating Chris Jericho in his debut match at Wrestlemania 29 (not too shabby a way to start ones WWE career). It seems however that Fandango may be coming to see the light and trying to turn face as he recently dropped Rosa Mendes and has told the WWE Universe that he has come to understand he has to share his gift of dance with them. He seemed to embrace the WWE Universes “Fandango-ing” and seemed to be reaching the audience during the UK tour. Perhaps if he actually does keep on this path he could be a force for good and through his power of dance bring light back to Adam Rose. If so then these two could be a very dangerous Tag Team to go against!
