  1. As a green tea drinker, I have heard about how beneficial it is, and not being a doctor or anything, I can’t vouch for it professionally. But I can say that since I’ve switched from black tea to green, I can say I do feel better overall. Now, I prefer only green tea, or water. And green tea smoothies in the morning is my favorite breakfast on the go.

  2. Thank you for this. I love how informative your posts are. You are helping people here, more than you probably know. It’s good to be informed about things like this. I drink green tea all the time, every day, and my overall health is fantastic. I’m all about the herbs. There are many different things including green tea that I incorporate into my diet. Let me tell you, I have not been sick in 10+ years, like at all.
I can’t say I have used it on my skin, but I might have to give it a try sometime.

  3. Wow. I never would have thought to put green tea on your skin, but what a great concept! And, OF COURSE, it makes perfect sense. Green tea is such a powerful tool for your toolbox.

  4. I have been drinking a lot of green tea for weight loss. I have seen some pretty great results so I definitely recommend it. But I didn’t know it was beneficial to so many other things. I mean, now that I look back, I have been feeling great. Probably a mix of eating better, exercise, and green tea lol. After reading this, I don’t think I’ll ever stop drinking it. I’ll be like immortal haha 😉 Thanks for sharing. I might have to check out your shop, too.

  5. Oh, I just now saw this. I did check out the shop. You have a great selection, perhaps a little too great. I might have gotten myself into a bit of trouble lmao. Keep up the good work.

  6. I love green tea, but I didn’t know all of these benefits. I personally have found that it’s great for dark circles if you put a used teabag over each eye. It’s also helped with my acne! I don’t personally like the flavor of Matcha green tea, but from what I’ve read it’s the most beneficial. Does anyone else know about this? Just from drinking it, I can vouch that I feel a lot better and my chronic pain levels go down more compared to drinking regular green tea.

  7. I take green tea every night before a few minutes of sleep. It helps me to reduce extra fat from my body and you can also feel the energy in your body when you wake up in the morning. My therapist suggests me this for weight loss and to increase immunity power.

  8. I’ve been a long time green tea drinker, but I have no admit I had no idea it offered so many benefits. However, I noticed that after drinking it for long periods of time, I felt more refreshed and had more energy than before. Never would have thought to apply it directly on the skin, though. I will definitely have to try this method.

  9. I love Green Tea, but never really thought about having it in the soap. Nice products!

  10. When it comes to loosing weight and staying healthy – Green tea is superb! But GREEN TEA on skin…in SOAP? I’d like to have this skin benefit! This post seems informative…

  11. I never knew that Green tea can be used on the skin as opposed to being ingested. I have plenty of the stuff around the house as it’s all I really drink haha! I’m wondering if this could help with some of my acne, especially on my arms and face which are particularly unpleasant. Cheers for the info!

  12. A tea and coffee shop recently opened near my home and when I went browsing there, they had an amazing selection of various green teas. However, I could not stop but wonder if all the mixes they used there were as beneficial as simple green tea, or if combining some dried fruit or plants with green tea reduced some of its effects.
