  1. That’s the problem with a lot of illnesses, sometimes they are completely unidentifiable to the naked eye, and you may not even experience any symptoms whatsoever. But they’re there and waiting to put a downer on your day. I too have suffered from a sleep-related disorder, which meant that I was getting around 3-4 hours of sleep a night max and woke up often with a form of paralysis. It was a very scary time, but through a change in diet and exercise thankfully I’m beginning to see results.

On the topic of the C word, I can only relate as my grandmother suffered absolutely no symptoms at all, which was unusual for a patient of lung cancer. Honestly, it was the strangest thing as not only was she not a smoker, but never seemed to be short of breath or wheezy etc. Sometimes it’s a matter of you have a problem, but there are no signs of it existing.

  2. I’ve been through the pain of passing stone through my kidney. It’s very worst feeling and pain I’ve ever had in my whole life. Now I drink water regularly and also exercise everyday. You are very tough guy Kevin! Never Give up.

  3. Quite possibly the worst news that anyone could ever get. Not having symptoms just makes the news even more of a shock. Good luck with your battle against cancer.
